These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 2jbet ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using the 2jbet website at 2jbet.asia or any associated services, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 2jbet platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

Access to and use of 2jbet is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are mandatory and non-negotiable:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 2jbet strictly prohibits access to minors. Age verification may be requested at any point during your use of the platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. Pakistani users are solely responsible for determining whether their participation is lawful in their specific province and circumstances.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 2jbet or any other affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or a business entity. Accounts are strictly for individual personal use.
• You must not be a current or former employee, agent, contractor, or affiliate of 2jbet where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

2jbet reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 2jbet platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering your 2jbet account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your true legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS OTP, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and updating it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 2jbet will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your login details. You must notify 2jbet immediately via the support contact in the footer if you suspect unauthorised account access.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must select a secure password that is unique to your 2jbet account.
• 2jbet reserves the right to close or suspend accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

2jbet operates a PKR-denominated wallet. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash – Minimum deposit Rs 500; maximum Rs 100,000 per transaction per day; processing time: instant.
• Easypaisa – Minimum deposit Rs 500; maximum Rs 50,000 per transaction per day; processing time: instant.
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) – Minimum Rs 2,000; processing time 15–60 minutes.
• USDT TRC20 – Minimum 10 USDT; processing time 1–5 minutes after blockchain confirmation; network fee approximately 1 USDT.

All deposited funds must be used for legitimate gaming activity on the 2jbet platform. 2jbet is not a payment processor, money transfer service, or financial institution. Funds deposited must not originate from criminal activity. 2jbet reserves the right to perform AML checks and request source-of-funds documentation where required.

Deposit limits may be adjusted from within your account settings as part of our responsible gaming tools. Reducing a deposit limit takes immediate effect. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a cooling-off period as specified in our Responsible Gaming policy.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the 2jbet Cashier. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. The following processing times apply:

• JazzCash: 1–4 hours from approval.
• Easypaisa: 2–6 hours from approval.
• Bank Transfer: 12–24 hours from approval.
• USDT TRC20: 1–5 minutes after blockchain broadcast.

2jbet reserves the right to carry out identity verification and KYC checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of elevated verification activity may experience extended processing times. 2jbet will not be liable for delays attributable to the User's payment provider or bank.

Funds that have been deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a withdrawal fee at 2jbet's discretion. Winnings derived from wagering activity are withdrawable subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

All bets placed on the 2jbet sports betting platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, league, and market type as published in the platform's help section. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 2jbet does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where expressly stated in the applicable market rules.
• 2jbet reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunction, or evidence of match manipulation.
• In-play bet acceptance is subject to connection speed and market availability. 2jbet does not guarantee in-play market availability for all events.
• Minimum bet for most cricket and sports markets is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Winnings on void bets are refunded to the Player's 2jbet wallet at the original stake amount.

2jbet monitors betting activity for unusual patterns that may indicate abuse or match-fixing. Accounts demonstrating such patterns may be suspended pending investigation, with all associated bets subject to review and potential cancellation.

All casino games available on 2jbet — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and table games — are provided by third-party software suppliers. RNG-based games use independently certified random number generation systems. Published RTPs (Return to Player percentages) for slot titles are made available in the individual game information panels.

Live dealer games are streamed from third-party studios. 2jbet does not control the physical studio environment or the individual actions of live dealers but requires all studio partners to comply with applicable gaming standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, affected rounds may be voided and stakes refunded at 2jbet's sole discretion. 2jbet shall not be responsible for losses attributable to network connectivity issues on the User's end.

2jbet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of availability.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and may not be exploited through arbitrage, matched betting, or other bonus abuse strategies.
• 2jbet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion.
• Accounts suspected of bonus abuse will have bonus balances forfeited and may be subject to suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jbet platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances without compensation:

• Registration with false, misleading, or third-party identity information.
• Creation of multiple accounts for any purpose including bonus farming.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, platform vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access by persons under the age of 18.

2jbet is committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. The platform operates strictly for users aged 18 years or older. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit maximums. Reductions take immediate effect.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.

• Financial losses sustained through betting or gaming activity.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical malfunctions.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from the User's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Losses arising from the User's reliance on information displayed on the platform.

2jbet's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

2jbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the contact information held on their account or by prominent notice on the 2jbet platform. The effective date of any revision will be updated on this page.

Your continued use of the 2jbet platform following publication of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform immediately and request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2jbet holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Nothing in this Agreement limits your statutory consumer rights to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Pakistani Users acknowledge that it is their sole responsibility to ensure their participation in online gambling is consistent with the laws and regulations applicable to them.
